Why Multiple Sessions?

Healing isn't a one-and-done event. As an Emotion Code practitioner, one of the most important things I can share with clients is this: trapped emotions accumulate over a lifetime, and they release in layers.
One session can bring real relief — but lasting change happens as we peel back those layers over time. Each session builds on the last, creating a deeper shift in how your body and nervous system respond to stress, relationships, and everyday life.
Think of it like peeling an onion. The first layer matters. So does the fifth.
If you're wondering how many sessions you might need, the honest answer is: it depends on what you're carrying. But giving the process time is always worth it.

The number of layers is unique to each person's life experiences.
What To Expect?
What actually happens across multiple Emotion Code sessions?
Session 1: We start identifying and releasing the trapped emotions closest to the surface — often the ones causing the most immediate discomfort.
Session 2–3: The body begins to process and recalibrate. Clients often notice subtle shifts — better sleep, lighter mood, less reactivity.
Session 4+: We go deeper. Old patterns, inherited emotions, and long-held beliefs start to loosen. This is where lasting change really takes root.
Healing is a process, not a quick fix — and that's not a limitation, it seems to be how the body works. The more you invest in the process, the more profound the results.
